McCloud Travel and Tours/Caprese McCloud

Owing to the very poor service that I have received since October 20, 2012 from Caprese McCloud/ McCloud Travel and Tours and Travel Network, I wish to air my complaints. I displeased with the lack of service and her attitude regarding my vacation plans.
First, Caprese McCloud owner of McCloud Travel and Tours portrayed a large amount of incompetence in handling my travel plans. She did not deliver the documents she promised, lied numerous times about me being booked on the Dowdy Cruise 2012, and made excuse after excuse for not having the documents I needed for my flight and cruise.
Second, the manner in which she chose to deal with this blunder was unprofessional and is unacceptable. As for Travel Network there are side stepping the issues and not stepping up to rectify the situation which leads me to believe that the “apple doesn’t fall fair from the tree”. I find both parties at fault for not assuring that my vacation proceed as planned, since they had been paid in full far prior to the final payment deadline of August 4, 2012.
Third, my vacation plans were for October 26, 2012 to November 4, 2012. My roundtrip airfare via Delta Airlines and accommodations on the Carnival Liberty were booked and thought to be paid for by McCloud Travel and Tours. However, on Thursday, October 26, 2012 one day prior to my planned departure I was informed by Delta Airlines and Carnival Cruise Line that McCloud Travel using Travel Network had me booked with a minium deposit but had not received full payment. I paid Caprese Mccloud in full for my cruise in February 2012 and for the flight in full May 2012.
