A lady called me at my job saying she was a process server and was trying to serve me papers and asked me to call this toll free# and she would give me 2 hours. When I called it was a company called Alliance Solutions advising me that they are collecting on behalf of Hydra Financial Limited for a pay day loan online that I never agreed to and they deposited 300.00 into my account in August. They told me I owe them 858.00 but would settle for 550.00 if I gave them a credit card to take the payments out bi-weekly. They got very defensive when I started asking questions about who these people were and they started get threatening telling me they would take legal action and charge me with 1500.00 in fee if they had to serve me. I asked them for information in writing and still have not received anything they told me that until I make a payment they will not send me anything.
