received an email stating I had won an email raffle in europe of $2,477,700.69 for me to send a delivery fee for a 24 hour delivery of $310. never got the delivery check or anything? I will paste the beginning of the email now:

We have been instructed by Euro Raffle Promotion to contact you, regarding your prize parcel delivery. Please Read this message Carefully before choosing delivery . After making stringent ´´verification´´, we are now in possession of a package with a certified cheque from Euro Raffle Promotion which is to be delivered to your designated address. You are to please confirm your mailing address to enable us dispatch your parcel immediately. We shall deliver your prize cheque of €2,000,000.00 Euros ( in US Dollars $2,477,700.69 USD) to Your Designated Address.
