On 11/19/2012, aelsupport.com telphone no#(877-599-1197)is a marketing company and was denied 39.95 from my bank transaction. Fraud investigations at my bank, gave me the alert today to verify transaction. HCTC was another marketing company(888-457-0819) connected to aelsupport.com for 2.50 on 11/17/2012 and I have not authorized either of the two.
