I have just recieved my Bank Statement and from the 31/10/2012 this Company has withdrawn from my Account £350.00 when I only gave them my permission to withdraw £80.00 I have been to my Bank to report this matter and also contacted this Company, but they say that I gave them my permission to withdraw this amount. On going to my Deposits and Transaction page with this Company there is nothing showing on the Deposit & Transaction page, I explained this to the Company over the Telephone but she informed me that the Transaction was showing on her Deposit page, there is one Transaction for £200 for which I have never Deposited in my life. The most I have ever Deposited to this Company is £20.00 she also informed me that I had Deposited £80.00 in Total which I agreed. I also explained to her that her Company had taken from my Account £350.00 between 31/10 2012 and 05/11/2012 but she was still adamant that I gave them my permission to take that money.
