ON NOVEMBER 13, MY NONPROFIT ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $39.95 FOR SERVICES I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND i HAVE ANOTHER $39.95 PENDING TO BE DEDUCTED AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. i CALLED THE NUMBER THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BY THE BANK BUT NO ONE SEEM TO BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE CHARGE, i WAS GIVEN A EMAIL TO SEND MORE INFO BUT WAS WARNED AGAINST USING THE EMAIL BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE COMPUTER DAMAGE. i HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL PEOPLE BUT NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME CLEAR THIS UP.
