I received email from <[email protected] - heading "Your credit card information has been changed). I did not make a purchase through e-bay or any other site on the 11/19/2012. I have tried to cancel the transaction through the link provided but it goes no where it comes up with a lot of asian writing that I cannot decifer. I am unable to cancel the transaction they mention. The paypal logo looks the same and text is very similar to paypal. At the end of the email it has 'Copyright C 1999-2012 PayPal, Inc. All rights reserved. PayPal Email ID JK8213. I will be checking with my bank tomorrow to make sure that my credit account has not been tampered with.
