applied for free trial,BERI ULTIMATE,SHIPPING ONLY,before 30 days they took 69.00 from my account,then sent another batch,which i returned using the returns lable,i returned both batches,then took 69.00 in aug.i have rang the u.k number to be told no refund will be given,then asked to speak to a manager,was cut off,i cannot afford the luxerey of 140.00 to help my i.b.s,i cant get same product for 12.00,or my GP for nothing!!!
