Dear Sir/Madam,
On the 17.11.2012. I bought your product, the Smart PC Cleaner (ILM9-MQMC-C4A2-BAAA.) and its two year Upgrade on Internet. I got the Billing information by means of which the loading is possible, but my computer did not allow it and I wasn’t able to fulfil the loading. In the Important notice I read that within 5 minutes you will send the information about the licence key on the given e-mail address (Personal Information Removed), I did not get it.
I had to switch off my computer, so this page is lost, I am not able to recall it and only a printed page is at my disposal at the moment.
I would like to ask you kindly to provide me with the links necessary for the loading, if it is not possible please, refund me the amount (54,85 €) on the same account Number I have transferred it from.
