Had my account hacked lost all my games to be then told i had to scan and attach proof i bought these games, and because i couldnt remember which ones i bought online have been ignored since! I have sent them proof of two games i have purchased and have lost in total 5 games i cant remember what the other 3 were so by their weired logic they saying they cant help me or ignoring me! Been over two weeks now and havent heard a word of them.
