We sold our 8 year old home conditional on inspection. Our buyer hired bestcheck.ca who claims to only give the facts and non biased opinion. Ray Lecours gave non substantiated opinion on the type of finish our home had and scared buyer off. There were several tests in place to prove his theory was not true however he failed to mention those. Ray Lecours is affiliated with Real Estate professionals and will scare buyers away in private sales.
