WILL YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO CLAIM MY GIFT.I HAVE BEEN A WORTHY BUYER AT BEST BUY AND HAVE SEVERAL HARD TIME IN THEM BEING COMPLIANT TO THEIR WARRANTIES & GAURENTEES.
