I have been physically harmed and neglected and management is producing fake documents and hiding real ones. I have not recieved a call back from quality assurance and investigation for one week. This company seems full of very bad people.

- Western Dental employees are going to cause Western Dental ALOT of legal complications. REVIEW your employees! Do away with the detrimental ones and hire people who will actually behave with integrity for your business. ESPECIALLY review your dentists, orthodontists and management. If they will commit illegal acts while on your time clock you should review if you really want to pay them for doing these things and then YOU have to deal with the repercussions. This is where your problems lay.
