TGA falsely reported a "fake" hit and run incident to Safeco insurance on my vehicle on January 15th 2011. When I called Safeco to find out more details, they were not able to pull up any information, all they had was my license plate number, they didn't know the color, year, make and model of my vehicle, and stated that the incident took place at a Best Buy in La Brea, CA. I was shopping with my best friend at Ultra at on that date in the Best Buy plaza in Pasadena, CA. They even got the time wrong, they said the incident happened at 4pm and I was shopping at 1pm. Thomas George Associate made me get an car inspection to see if there was any dents or scratches on my car, so I went to the nearest AutoBody to get that check, I had NO scratches or dents of whatsoever. A few weeks later I received another collection letter from Thomas George Associates, asking me to pay the fine. I called my insurance AAA and they told me they are declining all charges. However, TGA continues to haggle me with collections letters every other week! When I call in to speak to a manager they refused to speak with me. They are complete fraudulent spammers out to get your money, do not be fooled by them. Becareful where you park your car and once they have your license plate they will do whatever it takes to get your MONEY!
