I ordered these Veneers for 800.00, before I ordered I called & spoke witha Lisa who assured me that these are like getting a new set of teeth that fit right over your own teeth & look natural like your own! That they are made from the same materials used to make dentures & would match my own teeth & will be just a strong & I asked how strong,Lisa stated I would be able to eat just like I would with my own,that would even replace missing teeth & Lisa stated she knows this for she herself had a pair.I said are you sure you can make it fit my teeth,she stated ANY teeth as long as they have an impression of your teeth. Feeling assured,I placed an order for a top set,I explainded to Lisa that I am a single mom & DONT have 800.00 to just blow & she assured me I will love my new Veneers! First,it was months of bad impressions after bad impressions & I mean months, at a point I called & said this is NOT working,obviously they are having too many problems with the impressions & I rather get a refund & go to a Dentist & have it done there! Lisa stated once we have the right impression one they can use to make the mold I will have my new veneers & will be very happy with them,just give her that chance to do that & she goes on to apoligizing for how its been going & says she is there to help me & she wants too. That she was sending me more of the putty enough this time as it was the fourth time or so by this time,I say are you sure these Veneers will fit & look natural,she states yes,I say ok,BUT if this impression doesnt work I just want my money back,she sends me the kit I stay on the phone with her as Im doing the impression,just as she states to do it,till the process was done! Afterwards, I make a trip again to the post office mail the kit back & wait. I finally get a confirmation the impression was good & emails through the process. I finally waite,gone through so time effort,money,emotin to open the package for a blue container holding my new veneers & as soon as I saw them I was immediately very angry,it was a piece of plastic,they looked like vamire plastic joke fangs you would buy for halloween,some places you could see through like little holes, they dont fit right,they made my speech so horrible,slurring & even spitting. I called them up flipping & Lisa starts again to apoligize,saying she doesnt know what could of happened & she is sorry that they will fix it & give me a one yr. warranty free for the inconvience, I said NO this is just enough months & months of this & now I see what Im paying for it is not the kind of quality she said it would be & I cant keep waiting I wanted to go to a dentist & have it done ther,she explains to me that its the same process that they do exactly what they do at the dentist without the cost of the dentist cost,I said this just isnt working out no I want a refund!!!! Then Lisa states,they DONT give refunds, I said that was never told to me by you or anyone else & I have talked to a couple of you & before I placed my order,she said it states it the information,I odered it over the phone,did not read anything as I called for all my information & had questions before placing the order which you assured me that could & would be done & I would love them! She states they will remake me a set & will get it done to fit & look like they are suppose too,she was sending me a return envolope & possibly new putty to assure they have the proper fitting! I waited a week,nothing I call them back,someone else takes my call says,she too will send me the return enveolope & putty to do new impression & again a week & nothing!!! I am still trying to reach someone, ALL I want is MY money BACK & be DONE with this....

  • Melissa I went through the very same thing and I have complained on here also, Im calling the BBB in ftworth and filing one also, You do the same.
