i request for a pay.out, and it was always cancelled by the admin. i've read the terms and it was stated that all payouts starts on the 15th, so i made again a request for payout on nov. 15th, but then it was cancelled again. i send a message what is the problem they just kept on saying me to read terms. and all that was written there, i've followed.
