On Friday, November 16, 2012 there was a check posted to my account that I did not authorize to my account for 30.00. I called the number listed on the check. The lady that I spoke with couldn't speak English well and there was a lot of background noise. I asked her what company are you with. She couldn't tell me that. I told her I would like to speak with a supervisor regarding the charge on my account. She told me that she was the only one available when clearly I could hear several people talking in the background. She told me the only way to get the 30.00 refunded is if I completed the loan and then the money would be refunded. This make no sense when I told this woman that I didn't want a loan with them. She kept repeating the same thing. I got very upset and ended up hanging up on her. I have called my bank and will do a non stop payment on the check which will cost me 36.00 for a check I never authorized. This company need to be stopped that's why I am reporting this.
