I have always bought their maximum credits packages. (1) I was ripped off when my credit card was charged for 2 purchases, plimus international(their finance company) confirmed this via e-mail & confirmation was received from their sales area but no credits reflected-this cost me a motor bike as my bid butler was on but ran out of credits. After tons of e-mails I settled for bids as compensation.
(2)Then,they removed a bidsback clause in the middle of an auction, i.e. you get all your bids back if you win an auction. I complained and stopped bidding and asked them to refund my bids which they did to their credit but I obviously did not win the product.
(3) My bid butler was set from Friday with me topping up with their top package for a Canon camera. This morning around 9am the bid butler stopped and the camera was no longer on the live auction site. Naturally, I assumed I won the auction and was relieved as I outlaid lots of cash. I enquired with their service support only to receive a response 4 hours later at 13:30 that this auction did not close and is still live.My bid butler was then be re-activated to continue with the auction on its on its merry way. In fact, my bid butler only re-started after all my enquiries of me winning this auction, else it would have still been dormant. This particular auction used up at least 8450 credits and you can work out the monetary equivalent. I asked them to stop my bid butlers as they are ripping customers off and I would like to take this further. I also requested a refund for the full monetary value of bids used. Their response is they do not refund money.
