Without my consent, iGain obtained my personal information and used it to bombard me with unlawful and unwanted marketting. I have complained and instead of complying with the cease and desist order, ignored my complaint and continued to bombard me with their unwanted marketting.
I have traced the breech back to maximiles.co.uk via my spamtrap I set up to trace those companies who illegally disclose personal information. A maximiles employee who claims to be a Data Controller (not the term he used) denies leaking my information, which is garbage.
I am going to take iGain and maximiles to the courts for punitive damages for wasting my time as well. Obviously I will add the names of other companies involved.
Other companies who have also obtained my personal information illegally via maximiles.co.uk include milkshakemail.com, primeScratchcards.com, optionsclick.com
In addition to wasting my time and resources, I will charge £10 per email received from these obnoxious companies.
