I cancelled my membership with Visalus Science back in April or May of 2012. I sent them an email from my work email ([email protected]), giving them a 30 day notice as per their instructions. I was under the impression that all had been taken care off since I did not continue receiving your shipments/products. A couple of months later while checking my credit card statement I was surprised to see that Visalus had continued to charge me $29.00 EVERY MONTH!!! I vividly recall filling out a questioner and one of the questions was why do you not want to continue with visalus and the option that I chose was "I have no time to promote this product". I believed that I was also renouncing to my promoting rights and product shipments when I sent out this cancellation notice!

I tried calling the phone number from Quebec that lists in my credit card statement next to Visalus transactions but this number is out of service, another misleading piece information! I then proceeded to contact my rep several times via phone and emails but she too has opted to ignore me.

After several months of trying to reach ANYBODY from visalus, today I emailed my ex reps mom whom within minutes gave me the customer service 877 #. I called and spoke to a customer service rep from Michigan who has asked me to email you once again to cancel ALL MEMBERSHIP with Visalus Science, as obviously once was not enough. At this point after 6 months from cancelling from what I was lead to believe was my full membership including being a promoter, I feel ripped off and demand ALL my monthly charges back from the moment I cancelled to today, thats 7 months of credit card charges. A total of $209.00 canadian dollars. They have acknowledge my email but will only return three months of these charges. I feel this is a dishonest company and demand all my money back.
