Signed up for a trial offer Oct 4th 2012, was billed that day for the product, in the amount of $2.99. I did not receive the product until Oct 28th, tried it didn't think it was anything special and left it at that. Then today Nov 15th I received another shipment stating a charge of 79.83. I was in shock at first, then i was mad. I called the number on the cream, was given the run around, and told them I was going to look over the web sit once again to see if it says anything about being put on a auto billing type program. The web site said nothing of the sort, only that they would send me a trail offer for 2.99, they needed my address and credit card number. I then review the return policy, and it was all a scam to. You can only return within 30 day, i didn't get the second bottle until Nov 15th, but it was billed to my visa on Oct 19th. I call them back a second time demanding a return merchandise authorization number, he was reluctant to give me one, i got more furious and demanded to speak to his manager, the manager was not there, i ask when he would be back, he told me in an hour, I said then i would call back; what is the managers name, he told me tony smith. I once again demanded for a return merchandise authorization number, i was yelling by this point, he then said my account has been cancelled and he gave me a number. I don't believe i will ever see a cent of money back from them, I cancelled my credit card number also to prevent them from taking more of my money. Professional scammers thats all they are.
