I have a letter from them postmarked 11/7/2012
saying I had won $ 1,130,402.33 among 235,741 others.They say in the letter that this amount is now prepared for issuance to me.I had to send $20.00 for document release fee. I had to reply within 10 days; I have proof that they received my reply on 11/14/12 (7 days).I have heard nothing from them.
