This starts out with someone calling claiming to be from a courier service company stating they will be serving you with papers. When you ask what kind of papers he tells you he doesn't know but can dispatch you to the company. Then you are transferred to someone from a company called Hewitt Capital. They tell you that Vince Enterprises is having you investigated for petty larceny for defaulting on a payday loan in your county/city. They even go as far as to tell you to contact the county sheriff. I think its meant to be a scare tactic. I did call my county sheriff and there is nothing filed against me. Be careful not to send any money to these people. They didn't ask me for any money but they called me a scumbag for not paying the loan off. Funny thing is - I never took out a payday loan.
