Smeng Network Technology Co.,LTD have done me too..! I ordered a pair of trainers for my boyfriend as a gift and got a pair of totally wrong color and style, they are NOT what I ordered AND fake...
Does anyone know how to get my money back??

I had the same thing happened. As I posted earlier, I though I odered True Religion jeans from an outlet store.But when I saw "Smeng Network Technology" on my credit card statement, I realized it's fraud. I emailed the seller to cancel the order, but got an email "Delivery to tis recipient failed permenantly" Therfore, I disputed the transaction, and my credit card company believed my story. The bank put the money back to my credit card. Then I got the package yesterday, and it turned out to be all ugly fake jeans that nobody would not wear it. I wanted to refuse the packge, but there wasn't a valid return address. Also finally I got an email from seller,Agatha chen <[email protected]> "Please cancel the chargeback, we don't want to lose money". After that, the seller has still been ignoring my emails asking their address for the return.
