I purchased 2,600,000 in poker chips today.
A charge of $5.00 was taken from my checking account, but I never received the chips. I
have tried calling the number given, and also customer service email addresses, but all to no avail. It seems I'm just getting a big run-around. A five dollar charge is not a substantial loss, but it was designated for poker chips, and not a donation to Zynga. I have purchased credits on Facebook before with no problem. Hopefully this matter will be promptly resolved!
