Received text message at 3:00 AM from #619-823-8924 saying I won $1000 to go to www.targetcontests.com and enter code 6354 to claim my free gift card within 24hrs. This is a scam I'm on the do not call list, so I'm very interested in knowing how they got my cell #.

- I got the same text today on my cell phone. Anyone who knows how these people are getting unlisted numbers, I would appreciate knowing how so I can block it.
