received 8000.00 credit for first time buyer program. did not buy home. instead seller agreed to rent home untill 3 years is so he would not have to pay the 15000.00 his part back to goverment. to make things worse now are trying to talk my soon to be exwife into doing the samething. i dont want to get in trouble or have to pay back my 8000.00 because my wife doesnt want to keep paying for house until three years is up. dont know where to turn them into.
