We paid $179 for a an email campaign to be sent out by http://www.listdirectresponse.com on Sunday 11th of November . The campaign was not sent out until the 12th of November with no explanation.
After the campaign 'began' we noticed very odd results. Although the supposed send rate and open rates were high, 2,059,367 and 420,526 respectively the click through rate was supposedly 7 people. When we tried to contact the company no one picked up the phone, returned messages or emails.
