I waited to late to cash my claims reciept,or bring it to any branch for verification purposes ,an now there telling me isn't any thing pertaining to JefferyDunn/on file because I not any longer have the claims number present with me at this time,but I had already had called to verify but did,nt attend to cash my claims.Please help me with this matter.My address is (Personal Information Removed).Thank You/Please repond.This incident happened about 2005/an when the storm hit Ilost my claims ticket.My address at that time was (Personal Information Removed)
