I received a call from Waka Network regarding a survey that had completed, but had not done so. I listened but could never ask a question and get a logical response. The woman said she was from waka network and asked if I would fill out a survey form, and in return she said I would receive $100.00 gas voucher, $10.00 Walmart Card, and a $50.00 Waka Card. What I learned after I was walked through the process and immediately disconnected from the Waka caller, was that you first have to pay for your own gas and then send the receipt in with a voucher in order to be refunded. I immediately phone 877-332-1490, spoke with a guy named Charlie and received a confirmation number; however when asked he replied there would be no email confirming our transaction; the confirmation number is supposed to be sufficient He abruptly hung up.
