I applied for a grant through this company called compass national.They needed 3,200 dollars up front to help us apply for 250,000 thousand dollars for a start-up business.We did everything they asked and they sent us a contract to sign and a packet that had a client profile to fill out. They received our client profile which wasn't easy to fill out.Then a man named Mark Daniels a grant writer called us to ask for more money of 3,200 dollars to write a business plan for our start up business.We managed to write our own business plan and sent that to him by email. He then called again and said that our business plan was pretty good but still insisted we give them more money to write the business plan for us.We declined and didn't hear back from Interlan Financial Corporation until July 28. 2011 from a man named John Ford who claimed to be the head of funding.He said he found some people who want to fund our project and asked for personal information on our banking account and how much we made monthly. He said he would be in touch with us soon and never called back or emailed back.We feel that we are victims of a scam and would like our money back of 3,200 dollars.
