This phone number texted me that I was the winner of a $1000 Target gift card. I don't shop there so I immediately was suspicious. The number that texted me was 619-961-0141. Probably a burner phone, for those of you who watch spy movies! Caveat emptor, Latin: “let the buyer beware”.
