I booked a hotel through them, I paid total of $184.10 and I couldn't make it so I ask for cancellation for a month in advance. They said they will have to charge $50 for cancellation fee. And I can use the remaining balance later through their website. I call in to make a reservation today but they told me that company already filed a bankruptcy and their case number is 12-21-951-bam, basically I lost all my money. It's a fraud,If company went bankruptcy why their website is still active to trick people. tripres.com, TripRes.com is a fraud
