When does a well deserved vac in the Caribbean become a never ending nightmare? When you book with McCloud Travel and Tours! My husband and I along with approximately 150 other travellers contacted McCloud Travel and Tours in July of 2011 and arranged a 7 day cruise on the luxurious Carnival Liberty and airfare with American Airlines. Over the course of the year we made all of the scheduled payments on time as required. Final payment was rendered in August 2012. We attended both of the cruise meetings to make sure that we were aware of all the requirements and what our responsibilities would before, during and after the cruise. Now here comes "the rub". At the kick-off meeting which was held on October 20, 2012 (7 days before we were to depart) and also where we were to receive our cruise and airline tickets. All we got was a plastic bottle and a pouch for your passport. By the eve of the cruise most travellers were left a cruise and no airfare, others airfare and no cruise. We got nothing. NO JUSTICE NO PEACE!
