I alike all the other complaints, was charged 29.95 from my checking account. I called the number provided to me by my bank, and got "billing support". I called them on 11/7 and they told me I would have my money credit to my account within 5 business days. I still on the 13th don't have a credit. I called them back and they told me it takes 5-15 business days. "They have to wait on approval from the Alliance company to give me a credit". I said I don't think that is possible. She said if it didn't get to me within 15 business days, to call back and they would go to the next step. I guess it will be a while if ever that any of us see that money. Lot of trouble caused, closing accounts, changing info on accounts, etc. These kind of people need to be stopped.
