I too am still waiting for them to come through for me and they are no TAKING calls. It seems you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. The one time I did the person claimed to be a manager and went through my file to calm me down. She stated she found errors in earning on their side that "denied" our first submittal for a mod we were promised and would re-submit. I have heard nothing back and have now resorted to calling them everyday. Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. So I can't bring resolution, I am in the same spot.
