I took out this insurance from Stoprepairbills.com, it was almost $100 a month, and I paid on it from June 2010 until June 2011 But the last of May 2011 I tried to file a claim on it, and you have to have the claim preapproved before it will pay, and when I tried to get it pre approved, they refused to pay the repairs because I could not provide all of the receipts for all of the oil changes from the time I bought the van not from the time I bought the policy.
I contacted the North Carolina Attorney General for Consumer Advocacy and they told me to tell everyone that this is nothing but a rip off, and not to take this out, and there is another one going around, this one is about your home, to cover all of your appliances, air conditioners and things like that, it is also a ripoff. I tried to get all of the money back that I had paid into this Stop Repair Bills, but all I was able to get back, was the $150 that I paid down, and then they prorated the rest of it, and I got back just a little over $500 which in all I should have gotten somewhere around a total of $1350
