After seeing a friend's post about how she had used this product and lost 15 lbs, I decided to try it. I am not sure how I fell for this, but I did. Once I realized it was most likely a scam, I emailed the company immediately to cancel my order. I received and email that they would cancel my order. However, I have been charged for this product and received my two bottles of whatever it is today in the mail. No contact information, no legit return adress. I am not holding my breath that I will receive my refund, but I really hope that I do. The rep from the 'company' said that I would be charged 9% for credit card processing, but that I would receive about $100 back. Not likely, but still hoping.

- I have received my money back (minus 9%). I am not sure how to remove my complaint, but I would like it removed now.
