on 9/25/2012 I ordered a cellphone and camera for a friend in the Dominican Republic and paid $86. According to the their website the items would be recieved with 2 weeks. but after I paid, arbitrarily they posted that the items would take 25-50 days to arrive, simply put an abusive action after payment was received. Today in the singpost website when I enter the tracking #, it indicate the item arrived in the country on 10/30/2012 and as of today, my friend has yet to receive them. Now their website says, you have to wait 18 more working dates before you can inquire why the item has not arrived. Please do not ever order anything from this company, they are a fraud.
