Thieves, this is all I can say about them.
They asked me to pay via paypal, never got my services from them - when asked for refund - no response.
I don't want to say anything bad about paypal, however just see this link: https://cms.paypal.com/cgi-bin/marketingweb?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/BuyerProtComp_full&locale.x=en_US
Maybe they get a share via such deals.
Had a unauthorized transaction filed following to a dispute, but sadly paypal just has a hands up image.
