I signed up to receive the 'free trial' product which i paid for postage. Upon receiving this product I read the terms and conditions and as instructed emailed the company to advise them that I did not wish to recieve any further products from them. When i did not receive a reply from the email I sent another and tried to call the company to cancel any further orders over the telephone. I was unable to get through on the phone and didn't receive a response from my second email. On 12 November $99.00 was debited from my savings account. After 2 days and having to cancel my card pure collegen shows up in my bank statement!!! I called the number on my terms and conditions and spoke to Rochelle ID No. 215. She told me that as the emails were never received I was unable to get a full refund for the products. If I sent the next order back to Colorado, registered AT MY EXPENSE I would then receive a refund OR I could accept $45 refund today and they would cancel all furture orders. I then went on to explain to Rochelle that I had NEVER given her company authorisation to take money from my account and that I had contacted the bank to do a search on the company that had taken the money out of my acocunt without my authorisation!. I then asked to speak to her superior who also told me that there was nothing they could do, that I should have read the terms and conditions!!! What a joke this company is. I then told the supervisor that I would be looking into the company that is ripping people off. He replied "good luck with that ma'am" and hung up on me!!! This company needs to be investigated. I can only imagine how many other people they have scammed.
