On Sept 26, 2012 I ordered Green Coffee product with the free trial for one bottle of Lipo Slim Extreme 30 day supply. I was later charged $79.99.
I called on October 13, 2012 and was given an RMA number and told to return the bottle to:

P.O. Box 30371
Phoenix, AZ 850456
Unfortunately I did not keep the phone number and now have not been able to follow up. It is November 12, 2012 and I still have not seen the credit posted to my credit card.

Hi, Paula. I am a little unsettled about reading your post as I literally just shipped my products back in hopes of getting $165 credited back to my visa. The phone number I called was 18885334166. I also called my bank and they said to watch the tracking on the shipping and if I didn't get a refund 15 days after confirmation of them receiving the shipment then I can dispute the charges through Visa. Hope this helps. Let me know if you see a refund.
