What i didn't know at the time that I began doing business with her was that she was in the scam business. She had and continues to defraud the medicaid waiver program designed to render aide to the mentally challenged, handicapped and disabled so that they may live within the home environment. She does this by laying a trap to catch as her prey, families struggling to care for their developmentally delayed family members. In many cases, they may have been on waiting lists for years to receive assistance to accommodate the care of their loved one. Others have assumed the role of being a foster care parent because their is an undying need to place such disadvantaged ones in a home setting. By her actions, Lashonda expresses her disgust of the disadvantaged (she is stealing food out of their mouths and the bear necessities that they require to live). Isn't she in effect saying that they are just retarded and do not deserve the assistance that the state provides to them. She has made a practice of skipping town once she discoverd that the DADS program might entrap her: only to open up in another city or part of a bigger town. Once again, she lays her trap for FOSTER CARE FAMILIES. So far the list goes on. she has defrauded so many families causing extreme hardship and lack to provide for the cost of care for the disadvantaged. The dollar amount she has defrauded has reached far beyond the thousands. She defrauded my family out of upwards of 14,000.00 not included incurred attorney fees. She ran before being served. But, the best way to catch a thief is to band together. I am putting this online to make all foster care parent families more aware and ask you keep a watchful eye for her lack of concern, a person having no morals, nor compassion for the blind and cripple. She would just assume put a chair in the path of the blind and shove the crippled to the ground. I wonder how she sleeps at night?
