I was contacted by a Jeffrey Carter who sent me to the American Sweepstakes and Promotions website where I was instructed to enter a code (lc2914) and my name appeared as the second place winner of $525,000. I was instructed to wire $1250 to a Gloria maria Cordoba in Managua, Nicaragua. Then I was told that in order to receive the check (from an oofshoer account) that I woul d have to pay an additional fee of %)% in $5250.Which I was pressured to provide. I spoke with jeffrey Carter (among others who called me around that same time. I also was in contact with a law firm in Wesst Palm Beach, FL (Michael Smith)
