Got a call from Steve Brown and Max Gamble representing Cash Advance America (916)243-6987 on 11/2/12 as well as e-mail from ACS Legal Group Legal Group of Attorneys (210)399-3400 on 11/9/12 stating that I took a payday loan from Cash Advance America in amount of $589 and needed to pay $3800. My job will be notified of what I did and in two days I will be arrested. When I called the first time it was Max Gamble he read me my charges that was put against me and was very rude. I was told not to interrupt him while he was reading these charges and after he had finished I asked him how much was the amount and when was the money put into my account. Max Gamble said that I should know the amount and the date he did not have the information. He asked me to stop asking him same questions over and over he had to go assist another cutomer that was more important.
