Back in June I originally recieved a phone call stating that my computer contained over 1,000 viruses and if not fixed could cause my computer to crash. A man by the name of Justin Lewis said he could repair my computer and offered me a Package deal whereby for the next 15 years if I had problems they could repair it for me online. In good faith, I paid the 424.80 whereby it was debited to my account. They acquired access to my computer and made repairs online. Today (Nov. 10th), I recieved another phone call in which a man by the name of Steve(also gave the name of James Morgan) gained access to my computer stating that due to a formallity with Microsoft that they were to refund customers for the monies paid for those package deals. My personal information was requested; whereby a Western Union acct. was set up for the money transfer to take place. Steve was establishing that money transfer online through access to my computer. I was asked to then open my e-mail in which he began to delete the e-mails sent to me from western union regarding what I thought was the refund transfer. I continued to demand he not delete those e-mails but he didn't listen and deleted them anyway. When I realized it was a fraud, I contacted Western Union and requested the tranfer cancelled. They then told me that instead of the 424.80 being refunded to me, that 522.00 was being taken out of my acct and sent to a man named Neil Walsh in Missouri. Needless to say, that account has been closed.
