FAKE, FAKE Celebrity Designer doing rental scam.......... JOSH BRODY-- AKA LOTUS CLOTHING!!!!!

Date Occurred October 15 and Nov. 9, 2012
On Oct-4 we responded to a craigslist adv. to sublet (Personal Information Removed) by Joshua Lee Brody (Josh Brody). We went there and he showed a unit which he said was "his." apartment . He informed he was going to be in Los Angeles for 3 months from Nov-1 so he wanted to sublet his unit. He took us to "the unit" where we said he would be leasing. We transferred $5,000 to his account via wire (again Bank of America). Today, we tried to get the keys to the unit and he instead said there is no apartment, it is all a scam and to call his lawyers ----Other company: White Lotus Clothing Inc, 246 W. 38th St. #4B, NY, NY; phone: 212-764-2132

. We called the law firm and spoke to " who said someone will call back", we are filing with the District Attorney, FBI (he is also showing a passport), and all/any agency to put this psycho away. We will run an ad in the NEW York Times so others hopefully will not be taken by this devil. Here is the supposed law firm he gives you when you call him. We have more than 10 now so we can go Federal Probably in on it with more people. This psycho is making a fortune on poor working class people. Be very careful because they have more than one apartment that they show you and really have none. Interesting that he doesn't take checks either, just wire transfers which shows this criminal is good at this game. PLEASE, PLEASE FILE WITH FEDS, NYPD, BLDG MANAGER, ETC. TO PROTECT OTHERS. Thanks.
