I receive a phone call from a man claiming he needed the name of my attorney. He stated that he I was being sued for a payday loan that I had defaulted on. When I asked him what the name of the company was that I supposedly had this loan with he said Cash Advance USA. He stated if the above amount was not paid I would be arrested at my place of employment. I advised him I would look into this matter and would call him back. I called him a few minutes later and asked him to mail me the paper work via US mail. He said there was no time for that. At this time I hung up the phone. I talked to my employer who informed me that they had been receiving calls from some one with a forgien accent. Later in the day I received another call from a different phone number claiming the same thing as above. I informed this man that under the federal fair debt collection act he would have to send me the paper work via US mail. He than hung up. Hopefully this is the last I will hear from these people. I did not pay the above amount, however felt that this needed to be reported
