- We have contacted the FBI, NBC Investigates, nothing yet. Also, spoke with Anthony today and he said it would be a few more weeks before we would have our refund. He has no idea what's taking so long. Like I believe that!

- Hello Everyone. Update. I have been waiting to receive my refund since May, 2012. I too lost out on several purchase offers because CIG would not return phone calls, send earnest money, or return paperwork in a timely manner. Moreover, I was told by Keith Anthony that he was too busy to care about my $5000. I was given three dates, and told each time to accept it or not, I'm free to do what ever I want. I last received a letter from the NY Attorney General's office advising me that I should receive my refund within two weeks based on a letter responding to their inquries. The letter was dated 12/13/2012 and was signed by Emanuel Peralta. Peralta also responded via letter to the BBB. The attorney, Constantine Giannakos also responded to the BBB. Each response stated that I would receive my refund in a timely manner and that the problem was due to staffing issues. Also, Peralta stated that I misunderstood the 15 day refund policy. He explained that I would be issued a refund after due diligence was done to insure that neither party was responsible for any outstanding fees. I asked Podias what possible fees could there be; they never followed through with any of the offers with earnest money or paperwork. This appears to be a national scheme which should be handled by the FBI. What can we do???

CIG Realty is working diligently to correct some issues that arose from the implementation of our initial business model and miscommunication between former employees and our customers.
Our objective is to satisfy any and all concerns of our customers and continue to move forward with our business.
Unfortunately CIG Realty was the victim of a malicious internet campaign that spread misinformation about the company’s business dealings and intentions. This campaign was implemented by disgruntled former employees. It is the policy of CIG not to discuss specific personnel issues.
CIG is in the process of contacting all its customers to address any concerns and answer any and all questions they may have. In addition CIG has hired a full time employee to handle inquiries.
CIG is dedicated to addressing our client’s concerns including refunding monies and scheduling new closing dates.
CIG is cooperating with the State Attorney’s office to assure customers complaints are being handled in a timely fashion.
Any customers who wish to ask questions or have concerns should immediately contact us at (516) 453-2602 or write us at CIG Realty, 1900 Hempstead Turnpike Suite 310, East Meadow, New York 11554. -
