they indicated we had a verbal agreement which we did not, and then indicated they wanted to bill us for the previous year. a total scam. we do not advertise and would certainly not do it with an unknown organization. They indicated they would send an invoice, but we have no record of any agreement with them. Hence we will not give them anything.
